Plus Technologies-Technical Support Engineer
Description: This position is an entry-level position in the Plus Technologies technical support group. Basic job functions will include, but not limited to:
* Taking support calls from Plus Technologies customers conducting entitlement, providing level I and II problem resolution.
* Interfacing with PT developers for level III support
* Providing end to end call resolution and closure with customers
* Check contract status and customer license status of existing company databases
* Develop technical training material for channel partners and training of channel partners
* Assisting developers with product development activities as time allows
* Pre-sales technical support for Sales including follow up on all free trials.
Qualifications:
* College degree, or equivalent education
* Proficient in Windows and Java
* Ability to travel at least 15%
* Possess sound problem solving skills
* Initiative to carry out multiple tasks and assignments while keeping management appraised of progress and concerns.
