Call Center Creates Multiple Print Jobs that Need to be Bundled and Printed Together
In this case study prepared by our partner CSM Solutions in the UK, we explore how a new call center set up to serve the local citizens needs has created the need to automatically create bundles of documents from multiple sources into a single bundle for future printing using OM Plus.
Business Problem – A new call center was set up to receive calls from local members of the public to get access to information on governmental services. These conversations can result in several documents and potentially whole documentation sets being printed. The resulting pages need to be inserted into an envelope and mailed to the caller. This collation and mailing function is better served by a group of admin staff specifically, rather than the telephone operators interrupting their call center duties.
