Printed Document Archive
Plus Technologies OM Plus print spooling software suite includes a document an archive module for viewing, storing, and retrieving documents spooled by OM Plus.
Documents in OM Plus print spooler can be automatically or manually purged. Upon purge these documents can be ingested into the OM Plus Archive solution. Documents are indexed based on fields known to the OM Plus Spooling system.
Documents can be retrieved and viewed from within the Archive system. Users open the Archive interface and enter the index information related to the document in question. OM Plus Archive returns the matches and user selects the jobs needed. OM Plus has several features available such as form overlay, viewing, printing, etc.
