Plus Technologies Support - An Overview
What Does Support Include?
Within the Technical Support coverage period and for the specific computer system on which the software is installed, the customer is entitled to the following from Plus Technologies:
- Toll free telephone based technical support
- The right to request product version upgrades, as they become generally available, without incurring any incremental license fees
- Four business hour response time
- Direct access to technical support engineers
- Management of customer call with incident management system
- The right to move the software to or from one computer to another, as long as the cost of the Plus Technologies product for the new computer is of equal or lower cost, without incurring any additional license fees. If the software is moved to a computing platform where the Plus Technologies product is a higher cost, additional license and support fees may be charged
- Opportunity to provide feedback through customer satisfaction survey
Support Hours
One year of telephone based 12/5 technical support (12 hours a day, 5 days a week) is provided with the Plus Technologies license. Standard Technical Support hours are from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern time during U.S. business days. Our technical support contract is automatically renewed annually (unless requested otherwise by the customer) to ensure uninterrupted technical support coverage.
Additional Technical Support coverage options are available (extra charges apply) at the time of license purchase including a three year support option at a discounted price and a 24/7 technical support option.
