International Technical Support
Plus Technologies provides print spooling and print management software solutions to customers in over thirty countries worldwide. Many of these systems are sold, installed, and supported by our partners located in-country.
Our nominal process for providing support to our international customers is to train and certify the partner to provide “first call” technical support. Plus Technologies will then support the partner with engineering level support.
However, some customers prefer to receive technical support directly from Plus Technologies. In these cases, Plus Technologies will work with the customer to set up a process to provide such support. We can even provide extended coverage hours to accommodate timezone issues.
