One of the largest healthcare providers in the US Southeast has selected OM Plus My-Print-Delivery for pull printing. This organization provides care for more than 4 million patients across its 26 hospitals. This customer utilizes Epic which will provide the output which will be seamlessly ingested into the OM Plus Software system.
End users will print their Windows desktop jobs as well as Epic frontend and backend jobs. Full time, onsite workers will print through the OM Plus system and release the jobs at the printing device by identifying themselves at the printing device, thereby increasing print security. By releasing jobs from shared printers the customer is able to eliminate less efficient personal printers. The hybrid workers will be able to ‘print their job to hold’ while working remotely and then print them when they get to the office.
