  • We replaced a competitive product where ongoing technical support had become an issue, delivering reliability and confidence with OM Plus.

  • One of Canada’s largest retailers expanded their OM Plus licensing to support growing print requirements.

  • A large U.S. healthcare system purchased OM Plus Tamper Resistant Print (TRP) software to secure prescription printing across more than 2,200 devices.

  • An optometry chain implemented OM Plus Delivery Manager to improve print fidelity across their offices.

  • A state government increased its subscription licensing for OM Plus Delivery Manager to support printing at its employee retirement operation.

  • Another large U.S. healthcare organization expanded its licensing of OM Plus TRP to enhance prescription print security.

Development Highlights

Alongside customer success, our development team has released several major updates and new products, including:

  • A new Thick Client interface for Delivery Manager to boost performance and improve usability.

  • The release of OM Plus Delivery Manager 5.0, designed to improve speed and scalability for our largest enterprise customers.

  • An updated OM Plus My-Print-Delivery (pull print) solution with expanded support for Ricoh and Canon devices.

  • A new version of Enterprise Print Manager (EPM), which eliminates the need for Microsoft print servers and automates driver management.
