DAYTON, OHIO, November 3, 2008 – Plus Technologies announced today the pending availability of a new API for their industry leading print and output management software solution, OM Plus. The API will be available to OEM’s, and Enterprise Customers who want to integrate the vast print job management and output management functionality of OM Plus directly into their own applications or environment but want to do so with their customized User Interface.
Plus Technologies has developed this new API as a pre-cursor to a new, more flexible and robust User Interface for OM Plus and decided to make it generally available to those OEM’s and Enterprise customers who needed to be able to customer their organization’s user experience with the OM Plus enterprise print management functionality.
Application developers will take advantage of the new API to integrate OM Plus into their applications much more quickly and easier. Enterprise customers will use the API to integrate into their current Infrastructure command and control systems as a means to simplify help desk training and improve end user satisfaction with regards to the enterprise print help desk capabilities and responsiveness.
