A Life Insurance company, located in Puerto Rico, has recently purchased OM Plus. This opportunity was provided through Lexmark Puerto Rico.  The needed solution was OM Plus Delivery Manager and 3 thick clients. Specifically, the customer will use this solution for load balancing and failover. OM Plus ensures higher throughput and improved system uptime.

Customers use OM Plus print software to automate complex routing and delivery of documents created by ‘back-end’ systems to printers located throughout their organizations. Additionally, OM Plus print software provides a high level of scalability and reliability and reduces help desk support calls. OM Plus print software also provides troubleshooting tools to help resolve print delivery issues and can interact directly with the printers to confirm printing to the printers tray. In addition, OM Plus can provide print stats used to help customers manage cost as well as pull-print technology to further reduce cost and increase document level security.
