Plus Technologies is pleased to announce the release of a Device Uptime report in its OM Plus Fleet Manager product. Several customers have voiced a need for such a report. Device Uptime measures the time a device is functioning properly and compares that to a given service level agreement. This report is helpful to end users and service providers to determine if a Managed Print Service (MPS) provider is within SLA guidelines.
