Plus Technologies‘ OM Plus Fleet Manager (FM) has been selected for a Managed Print Services project. This company provides office equipment sales, service, and repairs in Michigan, and surrounding areas.
They will use FM based data to count printer and multi-function device usage at the page level including mono print, color print, copies, scans, and fax. In addition, they will use FM to improve response time to break/fix issue by leveraging the alert feature, and FM device page counts will be used for usage based billing. FM will also streamline track and manage consumables.
