Plus Technologies OM Plus Fleet Manager software was selected as the managed print tool of choice by Image Enter, a European based IT Services company. Image Enter serves several countries in western and eastern Europe.
Fleet Manager software will be used to automate device diagnostics, pro-actively monitor and report toner levels, calculate device up-time, collect device metrics/usage and provide reports. These capabilities will enable Image Enter to improve the service levels in their Managed Print Services business.
Fleet Manager software will be deployed in a SaaS model. Local data collectors will be deployed at the customer site where printer data is gathered. The data is then sent to a hosted site where it is parsed and analyzed, Users access the application via their web browsers.
