An insurance company located in Puerto Rico has purchased OM Plus Delivery Manager (DM). This insurance company is one of the leading insurance groups in Puerto Rico with operations in seventeen states in the United States. Additionally, they offer insurance products, policy financing, and investments. The purchase was for OM Plus Delivery Manager for 25 destinations with an OM Plus Agent, Archive, and backup. In this solution jobs are written to a drive where OM Plus picks them up and delivers them to a printer. OM Plus provides printer failover and archiving.

This year a hurricane impacted Puerto Rico and surrounding areas. This of course affected the timeline of testing OM Plus and the timeline of the purchase. Plus Technologies is very understanding and worked hard with this company to extend trial times and finalize the purchase.
