OM Plus Delivery Manager will streamline Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Record) output, reduce print errors, and lower administrative labor costs. By ensuring that every print job reaches its destination reliably, Delivery Manager enhances both patient care and staff productivity.
OM Plus My-Print-Delivery (MPD)
The hospital will also deploy My-Print-Delivery (MPD) to provide a pull print solution. This system ensures that confidential documents are only printed when an authorized user is physically present at the printer—preventing sensitive information from being left unattended in printer trays.
To gain greater visibility and control over printing activity, the hospital will use OM Stats, which tracks who printed what and when. This detailed data enables analytics-driven decision-making to identify cost-saving opportunities and promote more efficient printing behavior.
OM Plus Enterprise Print Manager (EPM)
