Plus Technologies is pleased to welcome Denny Davy to the team as a Software Development Engineer. Denny will report to the Director of Engineering and will be based in the Dayton office, where he will support ongoing and future OM Plus Delivery Manager development initiatives.

In his role, Denny will focus on the Windows side of OM Plus development, contributing to core products including OM Plus Delivery Manager, which captures ERP and EMR output and reliably routes and confirms delivery to end destinations, as well as Enterprise Print Manager (EPM), which eliminates the need for Windows print servers and automates printer driver management.

Technical Skills and Experience

Denny brings a strong background in enterprise software development, with experience designing, building, and supporting complex systems across distributed environments. His technical skill set includes:

  • Programming Languages: C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Bash, HTML/CSS

  • Frameworks & Platforms: .NET, WPF, Angular, Node.js, Qt/QML

  • Operating Systems: Windows and Linux

  • Tools & Technologies: Git, GitLab, Atlassian tools, SQL, AWS, CAN bus, J1939

Professional Background

Denny has worked on a wide range of software initiatives, including:

  • Developing desktop, server-side, and distributed applications

  • Supporting enterprise-scale software systems with high reliability requirements

  • Performing code reviews and promoting consistent coding standards

  • Designing testing applications and validation tools

  • Contributing to quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

  • Mentoring team members and collaborating in cross-functional engineering teams

His project experience includes building graphical desktop applications using C# and WPF, developing web-based applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, and contributing to distributed systems that integrate software, hardware, and data services.
