Plus Technologies Working Through the Coronavirus
With the Coronavirus spreading fast and many businesses being shut down we wanted to reach out to our customers and partners to give an update. Plus Technologies will continue to provide OM Plus software technical support during our normal hours of operation.
We will apply the normal resources and escalation procedures for software technical support incidents and customers can expect the usual response and resolution times for existing incidents. We will continue to work with new customers that acquired our services to help with OM Plus installations.
Plus Technologies is fortunate that much of what our staff does can be done either here at the corporate office or at the employee’s home. As a result, depending on the specific employee circumstance we will have a mix of workers in the office and at home and that our usual level of service will not be impacted.
